The Kernan branch on Atlantic Boulevard closed July 24, 2026. The Hogan Road branch closed September 2, 2026. Both were replaced by St. Johns Square on Beach Boulevard.

Road tests are walk-in only, Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at Soutel, Westside, St. Johns Square, Roosevelt, Mandarin, and Neptune Beach. A $6.25 service fee applies to driver-license transactions. Many renewals can be done at duvaltc.com or at a Publix kiosk. Property tax payments are accepted at every branch without an appointment.
